Job Role:
Inside Sales Manager (Business Development Executive – B2C Sales)
Location:
Bengaluru (HSR Layout), Karnataka
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls and consultations.
Understand career aspirations and recommend suitable learning programs.
Drive conversions by building trust and offering need-based solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
Maintain updated records of interactions on CRM platforms.
Share valuable market insights with marketing and product teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and consultative selling approach.
Target-driven with ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work in rotational shifts/weekends.
Salary:
₹4 – 7 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives)
